Decree 69 of the Government dated May 30, 2008 approving "policy to encourage socialization of activities in the fields of education, vocational training, health, culture, sports, and environment" is the basis for the establishment of Natural Resources and Environmental Engineering One Member Limited Liability Company to solve socio-economic problems in the field of natural resources and environment in accordance with the Party's policies. Established in 2008, with a team of experienced and specialized engineers and bachelors of science and technology in many fields, the company has gradually built up its reputation and made steady progress in the markets of Nghe An, Ha Tinh and in other regions.
